Pay Rates

Patient Rates and Insurance

Innovated Minds is currently not accepting any insurance plans. The cash-pay prices will be as follows:

Initial Crisis Assessment: $350.00

When you come into our clinic, you will be provided with an assessment by a psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner. These services will assist in gaining any immediate understanding of your needs, provide you with a safety plan, coping skills, and medication services if indicated. We will also assist you in developing a longer term mental health plans if needed.

Follow-Up Consultations/Short-term Counseling Services (30 minutes): $150.00

We understand that it could take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to get an appointment with a therapist and around 6 months to get a new appointment with a psychiatrist, and that’s if they’re accepting new patients. In order to better meet your needs, we are offering interim services including short-term counseling and medication management** while you search for a longer-term provider.

Follow-Up Consultations/Short-term Counseling Services (1 hour): $250.00

Individual Therapy: $110.00

Group Therapy: $75.00

We do ask that all payments are given at the time of service. Innovated Minds can be submitted to your insurance company as an out of network provider.
